Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to most suburbs in states around Australia. Ready to buy prawns online and have them delivered to your doorstep? Visit our Delivery page to see if we deliver to your suburb.
When do you deliver?
We deliver from 12 a.m. to 7 a.m (local time) to ensure it’s cool enough for your Skullies to wait at your door until you wake up. You can track your frozen seafood delivery through Home Delivery Service. We will SMS you the night before delivery, on the day of delivery with an ETA, and once the box has been delivered. We keep you in the loop!
How long does it take for delivery after I order?
We deliver every Wednesday to QLD, NSW, WA, VIC and ACT metro areas.
Delivery days for regional areas will vary. Enter your postcode on the order page to find out your area's specific delivery day.
Whilst we do our best to meet these delivery deadlines, due to unforeseen circumstance we may deliver before or after the advertised day. Rest assured we will keep you updated on when your prawns are arriving.
How much is the delivery fee?
Great news! Delivery is on us for all order sizes.
How will I know when my delivery is on the way?
Once you place your order you will be sent an SMS to verify your address, delivery instructions and also allow you to upload a photo of you house and where you would like your delivery left.
You can also verify the geo location of your address to provide the perfect delivery experience.
Once your order is ready to send you will receive another SMS the night before your delivery advising it's on its way, this SMS has a tracking link that you can view your delivery timeslot in real time.
Once your delivery is on its way you will receive an SMS when you are the next delivery, you can click on this link to track your delivery within 5-minute windows.
And finally, once your delivery has been completed you will receive your final SMS with the same link showing three photos, one of the package, one of your house and one of where we have left the package.
It's the perfect communications experience.
How can I track my delivery?
Orders can be tracked through the Home Delivery Service website using the tracking number provided after purchase.
What should I do if my delivery is late, missing, or damaged?
We go to great lengths to ensure safe and reliable delivery, but if something does happen, please contact us at 08 9217 0100 or help@skullisland.com.au, and we will sort it out ASAP!
How do I update my delivery address?
Contact us on 08 9217 0100 or help@skullisland.com.au. Delivery address can be changed up to two days before delivery.
Where will my delivery be left?
Outside your front door or an alternative safe place.
Please let us know if you want it left somewhere else in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ when viewing your cart. This includes providing a gate code or unlocking your gate the night before so the driver can access your front door.
We will send you a photo of where we left your order via SMS.
I live in an apartment complex. Where will you leave my delivery?
If we are not given access to the building, your delivery will be placed outside the residence on the ground floor.
Can I leave special instructions for the delivery driver?
Yes, please leave your instructions when viewing your cart.
