Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to most suburbs in states around Australia. Ready to buy prawns online and have them delivered to your doorstep?! Visit our Delivery page to see if we deliver to your suburb.
What time do you deliver?
We deliver from 12 a.m. to 7 a.m or 8 a.m to 6 p.m (local time) to ensure it’s cool enough for your Skullies to wait at your door until you wake up. You can track your frozen seafood delivery through Home Delivery Service. We will SMS you the night before delivery, on the day of delivery with an ETA, and once the box has been delivered. We keep you in the loop!
How long after I order will I receive delivery?
We deliver on certain days depending on the state your order is being delivered to.
QLD: every Thursday
NSW: every Saturday
WA: every Monday
VIC: every Sunday
Whilst we do our best to meet these delivery deadlines, due to unforeseen circumstance we may deliver before or after the advertised day. Rest assured we will keep you updated on when your prawns are arriving.

How far in advance do I need to order?
We aim to deliver in 7 days. If you have a specific day you'd like to receive your order, please add it to the delivery notes at checkout, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, you cannot amend your order after placing it. All orders are final.
How do I cancel my order?
Given the perishable nature of our prawns, once your order has been received, it is not possible to cancel.
What should I do if my delivery is late, missing, or damaged?
We go to great lengths to ensure safe and reliable delivery, but if something does happen, please contact us at 08 9217 0100 or help@skullisland.com.au, and we will sort it out ASAP!
Are Skull Island Tiger Prawns farmed or wild-caught?
Our prawns are wild-caught in the Australian waters, Gulf of Carpentaria, by over 80 crew across 11 vessels from August to November every year.
Are Skull Island Tiger Prawns cooked or raw?
Our prawns are snap frozen within 45 minutes of landing on the back deck of the vessel in their raw and whole state. Providing you with raw prawns provides you with endless culinary options. Check out our Tips and Tricks page for inspiration.
How long do I have before the Skullies expire?
When kept at a controlled temperature, Skullies have a use-by date of 24 months from the capture date marked on the box. However, we recommend consuming them within 6 months of receiving your box—if they last that long!
